Henry Normand MacLaurin Military person

Brigadier General Henry Normand MacLaurin (31 October 1878 - 27 April 1915) was a barrister and Australian Army Colonel who served in World War I. He was shot dead by a Turkish sniper at Gallipoli on 27 April 1915.He was subsequently promoted (posthumously) to Brigadier General when all AIF brigade commanders were thus promoted.
