Hideki Uchidate (内舘 秀樹, Uchidate Hideki, born January 15, 1974 in Saitama, Saitama, Japan) is a Japanese former football defender. He spent his entire professional career at Urawa Red Diamonds from 1996 to 2008. He is now a PR representative at Urawa.
