Hunter Walker President
Hunter Walker (born September 10, 1984) is a reporter from Brooklyn, New York. Currently, Walker is a national affairs reporter for Talking Points Memo. Previously, he was a senior editor at the New York Observer.Before joining the Observer, Walker was employed by The Daily where he helped launched the gossip section with former Page Six editor Richard Johnson.Prior to working at The Daily, Walker covered television for TheWrap.com. During 2008 and 2009 he worked as the Editor of Mediabistro.com's events newsletter The Press List and as a Contributing Editor for the Mediabistro.com blogs WebNewser and FishbowlNY. From 2007-2008, he was the Assistant Editor of Gawker Media's urban travel blog Gridskipper.Walker has also contributed to the web sites of a variety of publications including; the Village Voice, New York Magazine, Forbes, National Geographic, and BlackBook Magazine,. Walker has also written for Gawker.com. He is a 2010 graduate of the Columbia School of Journalism.
