Ian Smales ( (1968-09-26) 26 September 1968) is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1980s and '90s, playing at representative level for Great Britain (non-Test matches), and at club level for Lock Lane ARLFC [1], Featherstone Rovers, Castleford Tigers, and Hunslet Hawks, as a Wing, Centre, Stand-off/Five-eighth, Second-row, or Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 2 or 5, 3 or 4, 6, 11 or 12, or 13.
