Ilgar Ibrahimoglu Philosopher
Ilgar Ibrahimoglu (Azerbaijani: İlqar İbrahimoğlu; born 5 November 1973) is the Azerbaijani chairman of DEVAMM (the Centre for the Protection of Freedom of Conscience and Religion), imam and for some people considered human rights activist.
