James Arbuthnot Politician
James Norwich Arbuthnot, MP (born 4 August 1952) is a British Conservative Party politician. He is the Member of Parliament (MP) for North East Hampshire. Between 2005 and 2014 he was Chairman of the Defence Select Committee.
