James Downey Rugby player
James Downey (born 23 March 1981 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland) is an Irish rugby union player for Glasgow Warriors in the Pro 12 and European Rugby Champions Cup. He plays as a Centre. He was educated at Belvedere College, where he won the Leinster Schools Junior Cup.
