Jay Hieron Martial artist
James Thomas Hieronymus (born July 29, 1976), is a retired American mixed martial artist. Hieron was the final IFL Welterweight Champion, competing for the Los Angeles Anacondas, and has also competed in the UFC, WEC, Affliction, Strikeforce, and Bellator.
