Jay L. Johnson Military person
Admiral Jay L. Johnson, USN, (born June 5, 1946) is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of General Dynamics. A retired United States Navy admiral, he served from 1996-2000 as 26th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO).
