Jay Mills College coach
Jay Mills (born December 2, 1961) is an American football coach and former player. He was the head football coach at Charleston Southern University, a position held for ten seasons. He retired from coaching on January 3, 2013 to pursue a new career path in athletic administration. Mills served as the head football coach at University of Minnesota Morris from 1993 to 1995.
