Jeff Danielson Politician

Jeff Danielson (born August 6, 1970) is a Democrat Iowa State Senator serving Senate District 30.Danielson currently serves on multiple committees. Danielson serves on the Appropriations Committee (Vice Chair), the Economic Growth Committee, the State Government Committee (Chair), the Transportation Committee, and the Veterans Affairs Committee (Vice Chair). Danielson also currently serves on the Administration and Regulation Appropriations Subcommittee (Vice Chair). The permanent statutory committees he serves on are the Public Retirement Systems Committee and the State Government Efficiency Review Committee. The current boards Danielson serves on are thee Iowa Capital Investment Board. His prior public service experience includes experience as the Commissioner of the Iowa Department of Transportation and of the Waterloo Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and currently serves the community of Cedar Falls as a professional firefighter. [1]
