Jericho Petilla Politician
Carlos Jericho "Icot" L. Petilla is a Filipino politician, management engineer, and businessman. He is the current Secretary of the Department of Energy (DOE) of the Philippines. He had served as the governor of the Province of Leyte from 2004 to 2012 before joining the cabinet of President Benigno Aquino III.
