Jim Hicks Baseball player

James Edward Hicks (born May 18, 1940 in East Chicago, Indiana) is a former professional baseball player who played five seasons for the Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals, and California Angels of Major League Baseball. He also played in Japan for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp in 1973 and 1974.In 1968 Hicks was named Most Valuable Player of the Pacific Coast League while playing for the Tulsa Oilers.[1]
