Joan Puigcercós i Boixassa President
Joan Puigcercós (Catalan pronunciation: [ʒuˈam ˌputʃsərˈkos]) (born 2 December 1966 in Ripoll, Ripollès) is a Catalan politician who had served as president of the Republican Left of Catalonia (2008–2011). He studied Philosophy and Political Science at the UAB, but did not complete the last year of any of them.
