John Warden Military person

John Warden (June 11, 1841 – July 2, 1906) was a Union Army soldier during the American Civil War. He received the Medal of Honor for gallantry during the Siege of Vicksburg on May 22, 1863.Warden joined the 55th Illinois Infantry in September 1861, and was mustered out in August 1865.
