Jordi Gómez García-Penche (born 24 May 1985) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Sunderland in England, mainly as a central midfielder.After playing for the reserve teams of both Barcelona and Espanyol, he went on to spend the vast majority of his career in England, mainly with Wigan Athletic.
