Juan Cruz Gill Football player

Juan Cruz (born 18 July 1983), commonly known as Juan Cruz Gill, is an Argentine professional footballer that currently plays for Primera B side Unión Temuco as centre back. He debuted as professional footballer for Talleres de Córdoba of the Argentine Primera División in that moment, during the 2004 season. His first match was on 20 June 2004, a 3–2 win over River Plate. After four seasons in the team of Córdoba, Cruz Gill moved to Chilean Primera División club Deportes Melipilla, in where had a successful spell, but unfortunately his team was relegated to the second tier, because the bad season of the club in the year. In January 2009, he joined to Cypriot club Ermis Aradippou, winning at the European club the Cypriot Second Division title in the 2008-09 season.In 2011, he traveled to Venezuela and signed for Estudiantes de Mérida and the next year, Cruz Gill returned to Chile and joined to Primera B side Unión Temuco, team of the Chilean star Marcelo Salas, who currently is retired after a successful career at his country Argentine and Italy.Cruz Gill also had the Italian diaspora, due to his ancestry.
