Judson C. Clements Politician

Judson Claudius Clements (February 12, 1846 - June 18, 1917) was a U.S. Representative from Georgia. For a quarter century a member of the Interstate Commerce Commission, Clements served one year as its chairman. Clements had served as a member of the Confederate States Army.
