Juha Valkama

Juha S. Valkama (born September 26, 1979 in Turku) is a Finnish retired ice dancer. He teamed up with Jessica Huot in 1999. They are the 2002-2004 Finnish national champions. Their highest placement at an ISU championship was 18th at the 2004 European Championships.Valkama graduated from high school in Finland and then moved to Delaware in the United States. He later studied at MIT. In March 2012, Valkama crashed his 2011 Mercedes in Jersey City, New Jersey and was charged with driving while intoxicated. According to a breathalyzer test, his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit of .08.
