K. Shanmugam Politician

Kasiviswanathan Shanmugam (Tamil: காசிவிஸ்வநாதன் சண்முகம்; born 1959), better known as K. Shanmugam, is a Singaporean politician and lawyer. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been Minister for Foreign Affairs since 2011 and Minister for Law since 2008; he was Minister for Home Affairs from 2010 to 2011. He is a Member of Parliament (MP) representing Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency (Nee Soon GRC).
