Kapil Bora is a frontline Cine-Star of Assam. He is noted for his chocolate hero, romantic image and excels in romantic roles. Apart from cinema, he is also a major actor in Assamese musical video-CD films, which are a hot craze in Assam. He has lent his voice to many a All India Radio dramas and is a major actor in the roaming theatres of Assam. Kapil Bora was born on the 30th of March and has been educated in Don Bosco School, Guwahati and Cotton College, Guwahati. Presently he stays in Hengerabari, Guwahati with his brother, Sri Kumaril Bora and his parents. His impeccable English and Assamese diction and flawless voice has landed him several plum achoring and compering roles in a host of shows like the "Assam Idol"-a musical talent hunt TV show, New Years Eve Celebration programmes and several Govt.
