Kasia Madera

Kasia Madera (born Katarzyna Madera on 4 November 1976) is a British journalist and television news presenter. She fronts the overnight bulletins on the BBC News and BBC World News, presenting the Newsday strand Thursday to Sunday from London with Rico Hizon or Sharanjit Leyl in Singapore, World News Today on Fridays and Reporters (BBC News programme), a weekly showcase of reports from the BBC. In 2013 she became one of the main relief presenters of World News Today broadcast on both BBC Four and BBC World News, and then its deputy presenter following the departure of Zeinab Badawi.
