Kenneth Bowman Rugby player
Kenneth "Ken" David Bowman (6 March 1937 — 10 October 2013 (aged 76)) birth registered in Great Ouseburn, Harrogate, was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1960s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, and at club level for Fishergate Primary School[1], Heworth ARLFC[2][3], Huddersfield, and Bradford Northern, as a Wing, or Second-row, i.e. number 2 or 5, or, 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums, he died from cancer in The Wirrall.
