Kieran Brennan Gaelic games player
Kieran Brennan (born 1957) is a former Irish sportsperson. He played hurling with his local club Conahy Shamrocks and with the Kilkenny senior inter-county team in the 1970s and 1980s. He won an All-Star award in 1984. He was captain of the Kilkenny team in 1985.In 2014, he was promted to the rank of Brigadier General. He is the commanding officer of the Southern Brigade.
