Kirsty Sword Gusmão

Kirsty Sword Gusmão (born Kirsty Sword 19 April 1966) is married to Xanana Gusmão, Prime Minister and former President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste or East Timor. She is the founding director of the Alola Foundation, which seeks to improve the lives of women in Timor-Leste, a nation with one of the world's lowest per capita GDPs.
