Lance Cargill Politician

Lance Cargill (born 1971) is an American lawyer and Republican politician from the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Cargill served as Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from January 2, 2007 to January 28, 2008. He resigned his leadership role due to tax and ethics controversies and was succeeded as speaker by Chris Benge. He finished his term as a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, but did not seek re-election.
