Laurence Godfrey
Dr. Laurence Godfrey (born 21 November 1952, London, England and educated at the independent Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School, Westfield College, University of London and University College London established a legal precedent for libel on Usenet, in the landmark Godfrey v Demon Internet Service case. Lives in London, England and has two children. Presently self-employed as expert witness, consultant and technical adviser in internet-related litigation.
