Lee Rayfield Cleric
Lee Stephen Rayfield (born 30 September 1955) is the current Bishop of Swindon. Rayfield was educated at the University of Southampton. After a period as a lecturer in immunology at the University of London and study at Ridley Hall, Cambridge he was ordained a priest in 1994. His career began with a curacy at Woodford after which he was Priest in Charge of St Peter's Furze Platt and finally (before his ordination to the episcopate) Area Dean of Maidenhead. A keen amateur runner and cyclist he is married to Liz, with three children: Matt, Simon and Louise.
