Leonard Outerbridge Politician

Sir Leonard Cecil Outerbridge, CC CBE DSO CD (May 6, 1888 – September 6, 1986) was the second Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland from 1949 to 1957. In 1967, he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada.
