Lepa Brena

Fahreta Jahić Živojinović (Cyrillic: Фахрета Јахић Живојиновић, née Jahić; born 20 October 1960), known by her stage name Lepa Brena (Cyrillic: Лепа Брена), is a bosnian pop-folk and pop recording artist, actress, and talent manager, arguably the most popular singer of former Yugoslavia and the top-selling female recording artist from Yugoslavia with more than 40 million records sold.Brena was born to Bosniak parents in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, grew up in Brčko, and has lived in Belgrade, Serbia since 1980, where she started her career. She identifies as Yugoslav and has called herself Yugonostalgic.
