Lily Halpern

Lily M. Halpern (born November 30, 1991) is an American performer and singer. She is best known for her viral video of Nicki Minaj's song "Starships", her hit song "Wishlist", for being an opening act for Big Time Rush on their nationwide tour (Summer - Fall 2011), and for being an opening act on the "Waiting4U" tour with Cody Simpson and Greyson Chance. Her debut EP "Not Gonna Cry" featured three songs: "Not Gonna Cry", "Worth Fighting For" and "Wishlist" and was released late 2010, though didn't gain popularity until 2011. Her music video for "Colors," released in late March 2011, surpassed 100,000 views in about a month. In 2012, her original cover video of Nicki Minaj's song "Starships" went viral on YouTube and surpassed a million views in a few short weeks.
