Lincoln Clark Andrews
Lincoln Clark Andrews (1867–1950) was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury starting in 1925. He was in charge of Prohibition enforcement after Roy Asa Haynes held the office. Time magazine called his forces the Prohibition Army.
