Lucian Bălan Sports manager

Lucian Bălan (born 25 June 1959 in Bucharest) is a former Romanian football player and coach, winner of the European Cup in 1986 and the European Supercup in 1987, both with Steaua Bucureşti and current coach at a football school in Baia Mare.He made one appearance for the Romanian national football team in 1987.
