Lucius Verus Monarch

Lucius Verus (Latin: Lucius Aurelius Verus Augustus; 15 December 130 – 169) was Roman Emperor from 161 to 169. He ruled with Marcus Aurelius as co-emperor from 161 until his own death in 169.During his reign, the Empire defeated a revitalized Parthian Empire in the East; Verus' general Avidius Cassius sacked the Parthian capital Ctesiphon in 164.
