Madara Palameika Athlete
Madara Palameika (born 18 June 1987 in Talsi) is a Latvian javelin thrower.She is the owner of Latvian record in javelin throw, which is 64.51 metres. She reached it in the 2009 U23 European Championships, where she won. Two years earlier, in the 2007 U23 European Championships she finished third.
