Mahroof Hussain Politician
Mahroof Hussain is a British Labour Party politician, who is a Councillor for the Labour Party on Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham. He was first elected in 2002 for Boston Ward. He was subsequently re-elected to the newly formed Boston Castle ward in 2004 and 2008. Mahroof was awarded a Member of British Empire (MBE) for service to Local Government in 2008 New Years Honours and Councillor of the Year 2008/2009 by Local Government Yorkshire and Humber.
