Malcolm Harbour Politician

Malcolm John Charles Harbour, CBE, (born 19 February 1947) is a British politician who was a Conservative Member of the European Parliament for the West Midlands between 1999 and July 2014. He is a member of the European Conservatives and Reformists Group and the Chairman of the Committee on Internal Market and Consumer Protection.
