Martin Winter Politician
Martin Winter was the first elected mayor of Doncaster, England. He became the first elected mayor of Doncaster in 2002 and successfully defended his position in 2005. Twice elected as the Labour candidate, he subsequently left the party and completed his final term as an independent.
