Mary Louise Booth
Mary Louise Booth (April 19, 1831 – March 5, 1889) was an American editor, translator and writer. She was editor of Harper's Bazaar – headquartered in New York City – from its beginning in 1867 until her death. She was a prolific translator into English the works of French-language authors.
