Masaaki Yanagishita Sports manager

Masaaki Yanagishita (柳下正明, Yanagishita Masaaki, born 1 January 1960), nicknamed Yantsū (ヤンツー) is a former Japanese football player who is currently manager of J. League Division 1 side Albirex Niigata.Born in Hamamatsu, Yanagishita played as a central defender for Yamaha Motor FC during their 1980s glory years, making a total 135 League appearances for the club, and won 42 caps for Japan.He previously managed Júbilo Iwata (twice) and Consadole Sapporo. While in his second spell at Júbilo, he managed the side that won the 2010 J. League Cup.
