Luiz Sergio Alvarez DeRose is the codifier of SwáSthya Yôga and the DeRose Method, founder of the Primeira Universidade de Yoga do Brasil (First University of Yoga of Brazil), President of the International Federation of Yoga and one of the foremost authorities on Yoga in the world today. DeRose has published more than 25 books with over 1,000,000 copies sold and has been awarded numerous titles and honours from various institutions around the world.
