Maurício Milani "Shogun" Rua (Portuguese pronunciation: [mawˈɾisiu ˈʁuɐ]; born November 25, 1981) is a Brazilian professional mixed martial artist who fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is a former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and the 2005 PRIDE Middleweight Grand Prix Champion. As of January 2015, he is #11 in official UFC Light Heavyweight rankings.
