Maxime Faget
Maxime Allen Faget (pronounced fa-JERT) (August 26, 1921 – October 9, 2004), better known as Max Faget, was the designer of the Mercury capsule, and contributed to the later Gemini and Apollo spacecraft as well as the Space Shuttle.
