Michael Quinn Sullivan
Michael Quinn Sullivan (born January 4, 1970) is the president of Empower Texans and Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, non-profit organizations based in Austin, Texas. He is also a contributor to Breitbart Texas, a part of Breitbart.com News. Sullivan has been called the most powerful nonelected political figure in Texas.
