Mickaël Piétrus Basketball player

Mickaël Piétrus (French pronunciation: ​[mikaɛ'l pieː'tʁys]; born February 7, 1982) is a French professional basketball player who last played for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is listed at 6'6", 215 pounds and plays both the small forward and shooting guard positions. Piétrus was drafted by the Golden State Warriors with the 11th pick of the 2003 NBA Draft, and is originally from Guadeloupe, a Caribbean island that is a part of France. His older brother, Florent Piétrus, is also a professional basketball player.Piétrus is also known by the nicknames MP, Air France, and Puma. He speaks French and English fluently.
