Mike Caputo Politician

Michael "Mike" Caputo (born September 18, 1957) is a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 43rd District since 1996. He is currently Majority Whip. He was born and raised in Rivesville, WV and attended Rivesville Elementary School and Rivesville High School. Mike is also a career coal miner and a member of the United Mine Workers of America.
