Mike Roca
Mike Roca is the president and founder of the Puerto Rico Soccer League (PRSL), which is an association football organization in Puerto Rico. Roca founded the league in 2008 with eight teams; one more team has been added since.PRSL is a member of the CONCACAF governing body.
