Monty Basgall Baseball player

Romanus "Monty" Basgall (February 8, 1922 – September 22, 2005) was a coach for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1973 to 1986.Prior to joining the Dodgers staff, he played second base for the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1948 to 1951 and worked as a scout and minor league manager with the Dodgers from 1959 to 1972.
