Nalinidhar Bhattacharya

Nalinidhar Bhattacharya (Assamese: নলিনীধৰ ভট্টাচাৰ্য) (born 4 December 1921) is a poet and literary critic from Assam. He is regarded as one of the important poets of the Jayanti era in Assamese literature. Bhattacharya is the elder brother of Dr. Birendra Kumar Bhattacharya, who was the youngest Sahitya Academy award winner and also the recipient of the Jnanpith Award.
