Nedurumalli Janardhana Reddy Politician
Nedurumalli Janardhana Reddy (Telugu: నేదురుమల్లి జనార్థన్ రెడ్డి; 20 February 1935 – 9 May 2014) was a member of the 12th, 13th and 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Visakhapatnam constituency of Andhra Pradesh and is a member of the Indian National Congress. He was also a Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh from 1990 to 1992. His wife, Nedurumalli Rajyalakshmi, has been a minister in the Andhra Pradesh government since 2004.In September 2007, Reddy escaped an assassination attempt near Nellore by naxal groups. Janardhana Reddy and his wife both escaped the event unhurt.
